Following approval for the complete refurbishment of the Community Centre in Castlewellan under the Social Investment Fund, Martin McGuinness met with Felix Blaney of the Castlewellan Community Partnership. Speaking after he visited the centre on Tuesday last, Martin McGuinness said, “It’s great to see the Social Investment Projects which I think are amazing in terms of the contribution they will make to the Castlewellan Community Centre.” “It was great to see the work done so far with the 3G pitch. It is a fantastic facility for the young people of the area." “I am very excited about the plans to develop the Community Center as a resource for local people in the area."
